Located at the heart of the Plateau-Mont-Royal, the LKVM Studio serves as a home gallery and workshop for the artistic partnership of Lekui and Solav. With its walls fully covered with art pieces and travel souvenirs, it is an ideal space for the curious mind and the art thirsty. In its vicinity are found natural and cultural locations such as the Mont-Royal Park and the La Fontaine Park. The workshop in the basement is used for exhibitions, for painting and other artisanal projects.
- Make sure to effectively communicate with us in case of uncertainty or if you have any question! We are quite flexible and understanding, but it all relies on proper communication. Otherwise: - Maintain the kitchen clean after it's been used; - In general, return borrowed objects to their original location; - Warn us of nocturnal escapades, as we usually sleep before midnight. At night (and in general), avoid any loud noise in the apartment or in the backyard; - It is possible to make use of the painting workshop in the basement as well as the desktop computer located there. If that's something you'd like to do, let's first talk about it.

The bed room is cozy and intimate, with walls covered in earth-coloured crafts and artworks as well as two tall windows that allow the morning light in. Facing the bed is a large closet with multiple tablets and additional blankets.
