1) After a Booking is confirmed by Homestay.com, We request the Booker to PAY us an Advance of 30% before Check-In. 2) Requests for Meals (Veg /Non-Veg/ Eggs) are to be ordered earlier as we are Homestays and food is prepared FRESH at home.. N.B. :-. Non-Veg may have to be ordered in advance . Available all days except Tuesdays and Saturdays. 3) Local visitors if any are not allowed to use Room . 4) Self / Private Check-In 5) No Room service, meals and breakfast are served in Dinning Area upstairs . 6) Any sort to damage conducted has to be compensated by guest . 7) Gates closed 11:00 PM . 8) No Pets 9) CHECK-IN 1:30PM onwards, CHECK-OUT - 07:00AM onwards untill 11:00AM 10) No Infants . Child above 06yrs - 10yrs are Welcome and can use same Beds alongwith parents. with Extra Charge @Rs.300.00, All Children ABOVE 10yrs will be counted as ADULTS. and will have to use EXTRA BED . 11) Extra Bed with Breakfast @Rs. 1000/-
