Renting out a 1 bedroom with a private bath in a condo. $1300/month (utilities included). Preferably to a female tenant; age - mid 20s to late 30s. Bedroom can be left partially furnished. It’s a roommate style layout, so the main space and kitchen would be shared. The owner has one small, energetic dog. Temporary rentals preferred but open to longer term upon discussion.

House Rules • No smoking, vaping, or drug use on the property. • No overnight guests. • Quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM • Shared spaces (kitchen and living room) must be kept tidy after use. • No additional pets (mine is energetic enough :) ). • Tenant responsible for their own groceries. • Lock doors and windows when leaving the home. • Respect privacy — no entering others’ rooms or workspaces. • Dispose of trash and recyclables regularly.
