The home is in the hip Starland District of Savannah on a corner lot near many parks (including about 10 blocks away from the Savannah Bananas ballpark, 2 blocks of the newer SCAD upperclass dorms and within 3 miles of 4 nearby hospitals (and 1 more within 7 miles). Our son will be using the 2nd bedroom as a current SCAD sophomore in the Video Game Design program. The guest (3rd) bedroom has a designer Queen Bedroom suite.
Quiet time is from 9pm-8am as the there is a student in the home. Also, no musical instruments to be played on-premises. Refrigerator will be shared with the host family. Use of the electric washing machine and dryer included.
