We live in Dublin 5 area, a short walk from the train station and the bus stop, so using public transport to get to the center of Dublin only takes 10 minutes via train or bus.

Homestay adds 15% onto the total cost for the use of this service, this is not a booking deposit, this fee goes to Homesta, not me. After making the booking on this website you have to pay me a 25% deposit otherwise you run the risk of your booking being cancelled. The remainder is paid on arrival, in cash or if you want to pay into my bank account this must be done 7 days before your arrival. The deposit is refundable if you cancel up to 7 days before your arrival, if you cancel after that the deposit is non-refundable. We have a cat & a dog so please if you don't like pets or are afraid of them please don't book here. No smoking anywhere in the house, smoking only in the garden. I have no problem with guests going out for a sociable drink but I do have reservations about those who become very drunk as this always causes problems. If you break anything in my home you must pay in full. You are free to come home at any time, but please be quiet for us and for the neighbours, especially between 10.30 pm and 7.00 am It is not permitted to bring other people into our home no matter what. The latest check-in is 11 pm unless otherwise agreed before booking, you must inform me of your arrival time before booking the room. The latest check-out time is 10.30 am unless otherwise agreed before booking. Laundry is only for long-term stays or in case of emergencies.
