This is a very nice sunny room in our basement suite with 3 bedrooms one bedroom is occupied. There is a great living room, dining area and bedrooms are fully furnished and are private rooms, near parks, restaurants, theater, swimming center, metro, bus, 10 minutes from the heart of Washington, D.C.
