no parties, no over night guests, no animals, kitchen privileges allowed cleaning up and food products other then breakfast shall be purchased by client and detergent purchased by client and laundry done by client laundry room has a washer and dryer. music room is available by appointment restitution for any and all damages by client will be made prier to leaving.
