These people live on the 1st floor and for their peace of mind, we ask you not to move around after 10:30 p.m., or else to do so quietly. - The house is non-smoking, but you can go out onto the terrace to do so. - The common areas must be cleaned according to the use you make of them: clean your dishes or put them in the dishwasher, wipe down the surfaces (dining table, worktop, etc.), vacuum the hall and stairs if you are staying for a few weeks, etc.
