Large house with a 36m² loft / room with lots of light. The room has a double convertible bed, TV, wifi, wardrobes and work desk. Access to private solarium. We are a family with three teenage daughters and a dog. The house is located in a small town on the Maresme coast, 43 km from Barcelona and 9.5 from Mataró.

Guests are not allowed without notice. The rest of the neighbors must be respected. The kitchen can be used prior notice.
