I have a 3 bed town house with 2 full bathrooms. The host will be in one of the rooms and have one full bath to his or herself. I live with my wife and we are self-employed. We live more in a suburbs and there are a lot of parks around, gym, library, buses, malls, etc. We have no kids and we are very very clean people and we expect the same back. We love to go fishing, beach etc. We dont smoke or drink. We are both drug free folks and we expect the same.

No loud music, no smoking, no prostitution , no drug trafficking.
