Wind down on back patio with peaceful views of green space and organic garden. Under an hour from North GA wine country, or downtown ATL .. even less from eclectic college town Athens, GA.

Payments to be made in advance of arrival. Payment information will be provided at time of booking. You will get a code for front door keypad so you can come and go. Space will be allocated for you in the refrigerator and freezer (top shelf of each). My home is on a cul-de-sac with no parking allowed on street or curb. So your parking would be on the left side of driveway towards the bottom near left-side curb. Only two spots total, very close and convenient! You're welcome to use kitchen hardware (pots, pans, oven, etc.) and laundry room. You'll need to provide your own "software," such as cooking ingredients and seasons, laundry detergent, dryer sheets ,etc. And guests are to clean and restore items and area after use. Please maintain general courtesy and respect for home and surroundings .. avoid physical disruption, excessive noise, and other such disturbances inside and outside of home. Examples to avoid include but not limited to vehicle noise (loud music, engine revving), late night entrance/exit of home, noise disturbances of any sort, etc.
