No smoking inside or drug use permitted. Smoking permitted outside. Check In at 3pm Check out at 10.30am Payment: can be made by Revolut, PayPal ( Friends and family) or cash. Payment must be made 72 hours prior to arrival on all bookings over €500 Payment in FULL must be paid on arrival. You are not allowed to use my address to open bank accounts or register for government cards / services You are NOT allowed to cook in my home unless you are staying in the self contained Granny Flat. Guests should keep showers to under 10 minutes to prevent the electric motor from over heating. Towels will be provided on arrival but we cannot give fresh towels on a daily basis for environmental reasons.
