I live by myself in a 2 bedroom house and a small cat . I work mon to fri full Time and off in the weekends. I am very easy going and relaxed person. Like to socialise so I go out with my friends in the weekends and keep myself busy with outdoor activities.

No late night parties Loud music after 9am Keep their bedroom and surrounding area clean Repair any damages if caused by the guest Should be ok with a cat
