I am biologist in a NGO, I live with my 14 yo son. He is so much fun and nice. We LOVE meeting new people from different cultures and places. Our home is very confortable and it is placed in the city center. We are easy going, our life is calm, nice and fun and we are very respectful. We just ask the same. We respect the night from 11 pm and on. Parties at home are not allowed. As we share the bathroom we take that in consideration and always ask before spending half an hour inside. Common spaces should be clean and tidy after using them. And no guesses alowed without consulting. That's all for now ;).
