A married couple with 1 daughter living at home with us . The rest of the family have flew the coop. We have a 5 bedroom dormer house with beautiful back garden with patio to sit out in at summer time or on a nice day . We have 2 bedrooms to let out .

Keep room tidy , clean up after yourself , buy your own food , nobody sleeping over , do your own laundry and cook your meals . If you smoke, smoke outside but put your butt's in a bin .
