A double story house in Maitland suburbs in Cape Town. Public transport at hand & big & small malls 5 to 10 minutes away. 7.5km away from centre of Cape Town. 6.6km way from Cape Peninsular University of Technology (CPUT) & 6.6km away from University of Cape Town (UCT). We are a christian family. My Wife Ruth, daughter Zoe & I live in the house. Zoe just graduated from college. Ruth is a Professional nurse & I am an IT expert. Languages are English & Afrikaans. The upstairs room has built in cupboards & a bathroom next to it (corner bath, shower & toilet). Downstairs room has built in cupboards & an en-suite bathroom (shower & toilet). We have a wide range of interests - movies, gardening, painting, a large barbeque area. a large lounge with a fireplace and an open plan kitchen with dining room. We have two cats & a dog in the yard.

Please keep our home secure and a remote for the gate and front door keys will be provided. Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please. Please do not bring strangers into our home before arranging with us; No sleepovers ! Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! Washing and ironing is done at R50.00 per full load. Dinners optional and by arrangement. Barbeque facilities available. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
