Hi, my name is Monica. I have a cozy home located in central Abbotsford. I have a great tenant who is living with me and has been for several years. The room for rent is a good sized room which includes a double bed (with linen included), a desk, chair, dresser, lamp and closet. There is a bus route near by and all amenities are within a two minute walking distance. I have a great deck with chairs & loungers.
