A minimal design and cozy room (7,5 m2) in a shared apartment with the host is available for rent at least 7 days or more. It's not appropriate for too long term (more than three months) rent. Kitchen, bathroom with a toilet and living room are the common areas. A wide range of kitchen utensils are available. French press, mokapot, chemex brewer, frying pan, cooking pots ...etc. The kitchen and bathroom part of the apartment has recently been renovated. There is an elevator and stairs in the building. A very close located bus stop will take you to Kadıköy bazaar, the Bull statue where is very popular for meeting, Kadıköy piers in 10 mins. You can walk to Marmaray-Göztepe train station in 6-7 mins and also Bağdat Street in 20 mins. Please contact first by introducing yourself and the reason for your visit. Here are some additional information and rules about the apartment. There is an elevator and stairs in the building. Also it's very close to the public bus station and main roads. My room is being rent for only one person. It's not suitable for another quest to stay day or night. The size of the bed is 100 cm X 200 cm which is also very comfortable only for one person. It is a silent apartment and area which you can rest and work/study efficiently, not appropriate for parties and visitors of visitor. It would be better to listen to the music or videos by your personal earphones especially evening or later. Please watch over when you are using a kettle/heater/toaster, not to let it operating for hours due to the high electricity consumption. In the building, using hair dryer and washing machine at midnight or after 11:30 pm for a long time are not be much good. Please lock the apartment door when you leave the house during the day. And no refund in the case of any plan changes by the guest or early departure. Thanks for your understanding and sensitivity.
