We are a family of two retired citizens. If you are planning a trip to Nainital, Purnagiri, Lohaghat, Pithoragarh, Kumaun, Champawat, Patal Bhubhneshwar or Nepal, We can make your stay comfortable by offering you a room with all the basic amenities including breakfast, lunch, dinner, for your stay or halt. Khatima is a peaceful place with nice surroundings and interesting places to visit.

It is surrounded by several homes which makes it a socially responsible place. Any activities which are not within the lines of moral or legal objections of the civil are not permitted. You can have a peaceful party but without impacting anyone nearby. Parking space is uncovered in the daytime.
