It’s a resort-like stay near beaches, Disney & Airport. My home is located in a beautiful, convenient and very safe neighborhood, walking distance to coffee, trendy restaurants & bars, pharmacies and Supermarket. Many great options to explore in the area if you are a foodie (all types of Asian food, new American and Italian restaurants). You have the entire place to yourself, including a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom with private entrance. Your space is completely private and separated from the rest of the house. Your bedroom is concealed with two large artisan sliding barn doors. It's meant to surround you with a Zen living space. 15 minutes to Disneyland and nearby beaches (Newport, Laguna and Balboa Island). 10 minutes to John Wayne (Santa Ana) airport. 18 minutes to Anaheim Conventions Center. Costco and Wholefoods are in the neighborhood. Close to major highways 405, 5 and 55.
1. It’s a no shoes home. We provide slippers 2. I provide limited access to the kitchen (limited to brewing coffee, making sandwiches and using the microwave. Cooking is not recommended) 3. Do not use the hot tub before going through the instruction with the host. 4. During the weekdays, please be quiet after 11 PM. 5. Stereo system and movie room with projector are not provided to guests. If you would like to use the movie room to watch a movie please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.
