I have a 2 bedroom unit in a house very close to the CBD. The location is fantastic, the house is fully furnished, lots of cafes/ shopping around, easy access to public transport. I am a single male in my 30’s looking for a house mate. I work full time as an architect and would prefer to have my house mate also have a full time job. I expect the house to be maintained and kept clean. No drinking/smoking. No pets.

Maintain hygiene and regular cleaning of shared spaces and the room. No loud parties. No substance use.
