I am a female mature student and gardener who lives with her older daughter and two beautiful dogs. I am offering the use of a single bedroom that has wardrobe use and a desk, internet access. There is a shared bathroom upstairs and a single toilet downstairs. There is a front and back garden and there shops very close by including a large supermarket, close proximity to heath hospital and Cardiff met university. Local bus route to town and a lovely 20 min walk to the city centre along the riverfront.
