A couple and two teenagers 14 and 17 years. My apartment is spacious and well-ventilated place is in a great location with 24 hour security .Moro in the neighborhood very close to metro Tatuapé. Easy access to downtown, close to bars, restaurants, squares, parks and supermarkets. We are a quiet family and enjoyed theater and restaurants.

I have a pet, do not smoke and do not make noise after 22.
