Furnishings include a bed (twin size) with mattress, a bedside table and lamp, a dresser, and a TV with antenna hookup, along with a sliding door closet. Home is protected by an alarmed security system, and the bedroom features a locking doorknob with keyed entry. WiFi, utilities, and driveway parking is included. *FEMALES ONLY* I’m the homeowner! I’m 30-years-old, and I’m new to the Yakima area, but I love it already and am looking forward to putting down my roots here! I can be a bit reserved when I’m still getting to know someone new, but I would definitely be down for building friendships with my future Roomies. I also have two senior cats, who both absolutely adore getting love and attention!

Quiet hours begin at 9pm, and end at 7am. Please be considerate of other tenants and keep the volume down or earphones on during this time. If you would like to join me for shared meals or cooking responsibilities, let me know so we can arrange a schedule and decide how to split groceries. Please also let me know if you have any food allergies or dietary needs, and I will do my best to accommodate them and avoid cross-contamination. Additional house rules will be provided as requested and before/upon move-in.
