Our family lives In in the south side of Dublin in Rathfarnham. We have two boys aged 11 and 16 yrs old at home. We have four bedrooms and two bathrooms in total. Our home is 16 years old and is located on a housing estate with a view of the Dublin mountains . Also we are on a bus route to Dublin city centre - the bus stop is 2 minute walk from our home. I work a few mornings per week from home and for the rest of the time I am a stay at home mum . We also have a 5 year old German Shepard dog called Max . He is very well behaved in the home and always forms a bond with my guests
Payment method: Please note we request our guests to pay 25% deposit of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room ( on top of the 15% service fee paid to homestay.com). Cancellation Policy: we ask our guests to give us at least 7 days notice for any cancellation . Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded. Keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm, clean up after yourself at meal times and keep your bedroom tidy . If you do smoke, it's only permitted in our back garden.
