I have 2 rooms to let in my home. I am a friendly individual with a very comfortable home and love to welcome new lodgers to stay. I live beside major bus routes to town (about 6km away) and I am a 5 minute walk to Finglas village which offers all the stores / amenities one might need.

No smoking. Must keep common areas such as kitchen and bathroom clean and tidy. No major noise after 11:30 at night. Be respectful of other peoples privacy. 2 weeks rent paid in advance as a as security deposit to be refunded at the end of the stay. Payment of rent must in full and on time.
