A house is rented on the 1st level, it is above my family house with independent access and directly to the street with a staircase to go up or down. It has two rooms with their split and bathroom included in them, (you can choose one of the two rooms and if you want to be alone in the house you can negotiate for the price of the 2nd room). It has a large kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils, as well as a refrigerator, rice cooker and pressure cooker. A pantry area with its laundry room. Also a terrace that overlooks the area of trees in the patios that surround us. A balcony from where you can see the entire front of the street and neighborhood where we live, which is also close to the Hotel Santiago, Café Palmare, University of the School of Medicine # 1 and Construction, other stores and gas stations. The currency in which I receive the payment is USD or Euros, the list did not allow me to mark the latter.
