I live in four bedroom town House in Stoke Newington, North East London. Just 2.5 miles to the City of London and 6.5- 7 miles to Central London. I have two spare rooms in available as my children have grown up and left home. My grand chichren visit and may sleep over but just once a month. My house is on three floors and empty rooms are in the basement with own shower and toilet facilities and mini electric hob and microwave. Guests are free to use main kitchen on ground floor to prepare meals

Absolutely no smoking, not even in the garden or front steps. Unlimited wife use. Electric cooking hob and oven in guest area for very light cooking. Excessive use of hob may result in extra charges Microwave oven in small and Main kitchen Laundry facilities available but guest must absolutely consult with host before using machine. Excessive use without host consent may also incur extra charges. Towels provided
