This charming and Eco-friendly Aparthotel is only 15 minutes drive from Varadero Beach. It has a private entrance, with 3 separate apartments (70mts2) each with bathroom, hot and cold water, air conditioning, etc. We have 2 swimming pools with a fantastic Bar and a super terrace.The accommodation is located in a quiet and easy to find area . The perfect place to know 100% Cuban life without sacrifice the cool sensation to be at home. We will be there everyday and sometimes we will share breakfast together but mostly of the time I will be helping you with everything that you will need during your stay

1- Please do not smoke inside the apartment, however you can smoke outside. 2- Pay attention to the energy shortage in Cuba, please turn off all air conditioners when not in use. 3- Take care of furniture and accessories please, Consider your next visit jajajajajaj. 4- Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents. 5. Please direct all questions, comments or concerns to us, remember communication is important. 6- As we do not have Internet access, we offer you the opportunity for free to disconnect, relax and enjoy your trip. 7- Cuban friends and couples will show the identity card and clients will let us know about the visit in advance. 8- Breakfast costs 3.50 CUC extra per person. Unless you pay the full price per stay (45 per night for free) 9. No towels will be taken to the beach. In the refrigerator will be available, water, soft drinks, beer, wine and price list, any consummation will be paid before your departure. 10- The arrival at the aparthotel will be done from 12h00 on the day and your Check-in will be at 15H00 OM. If you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage safely with you and enjoy our pool. 11. Please leave the toilet paper in the container next to the toilet.
