I am offering my characterful apartment for swap, situated in a unique position in a quiet square in central Barcelona (Placa de Sant Just) 2 mins from Jaume 1 metro. The apartment consists of 2 buildings both with en suite bathroom linked by a large terrace of around 90 Metres overlooked by the Basílica dels Sants Màrtirs Just i Pastor. The rooms each have their own private access via different entrances to the terrace. The square where the apartment is located has a nice bar (Ginger) and also nearby a classic tapas bar (Bodega la Palma) and an old cocktail bar (L'Ascensor).

No parties or inviting guests to the apartment, noise should be kept to a minimum on the terrace after midnight.
