Dear Guests. You would feel like home in my house My Name is Grace, I have been enjoying hosting guests from all over the world for 10+ years in Canada. I have been willing to help guests while making them enjoy their stay in Canada. If you join my house, I will treat you as an important part of my family and will look after you.I do accept one guest only at the time . My house is 4 bedroom home with four washrooms, located at the border of Mississauga and Oakville in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Each room has its own full bathroom. The area is close to all amenities: Square One, Sheridan College, University of Toronto. Humber College, Bronte College and all churches. There are two bus stations for the public transit 1 minute walk from our home. I have also a beautiful huge basement apartment with en-suite bathroom and full privacy. My house has a central air condition and central automatic heating system. The house also has a strong WIFI wireless internet on each floor and fully secured and surrounded by Surveillance Camera. The City of Mississauga is recognized as one of the safest city in Canada and is just 25 minutes from downtown Toronto. You will feel safe and relax while staying in our house. I have had a great experiences with great guests from Japan, Poland, Spain, France, Germany, Switzerland, Brazil, Korea, and China. I would do my best to make visitors enjoy their stay in Canada and can also help them to visit all beautiful attractions using my car for a little extra fee to cover the gas. I can also offer you three meals and all you can eat of healthy home cooked food with a little extra fee. * We can also pick you up from the airport for a little fee. your daily fee includes , breakfast, accommodation, laundry, cable TV, unlimited high speed wireless internet , and also including utilities, heat or electricity .Also, I can clean daily or weekly and change towels daily if you leave the key or allow me to have access to your apartment. Enjoy your stay and please feel free to ask any other questions.

Important rule: Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Prevent flies to get into the house by closing the door quickly as soon as you got in or out. I do have a high operating budget for such big house so, I would expect guest to please pay your full rent fee at check in and follow home stay rules. You have full access to the kitchen. Feel free to pickup food anytime or cook your own. Please, clean after you finish. Don't try to run the washer yourself. Ask me anytime, I will gladly run myself. just leave your clothes in the bag ready for washing and hand it to me. Our house and neighborhood are so quiet and safe. Keep noise to a minimum if possible. If you talk on the phone, keep voice low as other students might be studying Please do not invite strangers into our home. if you would like to invite a friend over please ask permission with me in advance. Please close doors GENTLY and quickly as soon as you get in or out of the house or backyard to prevent flies from getting into the house. Take off shoes when you get in the house. Whenever inside the house, please close the doors "GENTLY" always in order not to disturb other people in the house. please avoid banging the doors. Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! Feel home and comfortable.
