HOUSE RULES: - The use of any type of drug is not permitted; - Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; - It is not allowed to receive visitors; - The use of the residence to carry out any illegal activity is prohibited; - Parties are not allowed; - Quiet hours: between 10pm and 8am; - Pets are not allowed; - Only wash pans, leave the rest of the dishes in the tub that I put in the dishwasher; - Please only use silicone and wooden cutlery in pans; - Please do not cover the heater, this could cause a fire; - Please do not eat inside the room.
