We can speak Korean native, English well. my home is cozy and safe with a good view. You can experience real Korean cultures, food, many information about Korea. It is located in Seongbuk-dong, Seoul, very close to the center. It’s a rich neighborhood that often appears in K-dramas. Our house was designed by a famous Korean architect, so it is a bit unique and pretty. It is on the 4th floor and has an elevator. About meals, I prepared simple meals, as breads and milk, jam, and you can eat them at any time. Dinner with us for free mostly. Dinner . Sometimes, we are going out for eating, we pay separately. Meals not provide on weekends and holidays. you can use kitchen and delivery eats. About Laundry, I do run the machine once a week together. (You are responsible for any sensitive fiber damage.) Remembering when I was a student in Canada home stay, I will provide what you need during your home stay without any inconvenience . * We offer breakfast and dinner complimentary. About Payment : You must to remit the payment through your bank 7 days prior to your arrival at our house. I will show my account number when you make a booking complete. [ Information before check in at home in Seoul ] I am excited and happy to think about meeting you. Living with a Korean family will make you closer to Korea and improve your Korean language skills. It would be nice to think that there is a family that shares the joys and difficulties of living in Korea. We also think of you as family while we are staying together. ●Pickup Service: Hansung University Station or bus stop on the day of arrival and departure only. It may be difficult to use depending on our work schedule. Thank you for your understanding. ●Payment : For the first meeting, please pay in full in cash on the first day of arrival. Then we will give you the house key number. Exception is not acceptable on your payment. ※All payment is not refundable after you check in. ●Meal : Breakfast is a simple American meal, and you can eat it at any time, not just for breakfast. You can buy additional ingredients yourself and store them keep in the refrigerator. Meals are not provided on weekends and public holidays. You can have dinner with my family or eat out (payable 1/n) or help yourself. ● Trip: You can plan a trip together and go on a trip. Walking tour, hiking, short distance trip, long distance trip, etc. All tours incur a fee and must be paid in advance. If you have a trip you want, please consult with the host. ● Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation. ● Meal Service : Meals are provided according to the host mother's(me) work schedule and condition. ● Laundry: Laundry is done once a week. Usually on Friday evenings. Everyone does their laundry together. We are not responsible for any damage or staining of fabrics. For heavily soiled clothes, please use the external coin laundry. If other clothes are damaged due to heavily soiled clothes, you will be responsible for compensation for this. ● Cleaning: Please keep your surroundings and room clean. ●There is no curfew. However, you are personally responsible for any accidents or crimes. ●Please do not tell the key number other people. ●Illegal drugs and underage drinking are not allowed. If we discover any illegal activity in our house or neighborhood, we will immediately report it to the police. ●Please turn off all lights and air conditioners/heaters when not in use. ●Kitchen: Available for use. Please clean up after yourself and put them back in their proper place. ●Perfume: Please refrain from using strong scents. ●Waste: Korea has strict regulations on waste and garbage. Please separate and collect food waste, clean recyclable plastic and vinyl, and garbage according to the regulations. ※ Discarded garbage such as dolls, bags, shoes, suitcases, and home appliances are additionally charged. ● To prevent infection : Always wash your hands first when entering from outside. If you have traveled to many countries and arrived at our house, we recommend that you shower and do laundry as soon as you arrive. ●Please be responsible for your stuff, buy what you need, and your belongings. ●The bathroom is available for 24 hours. ●No entry for non-occupants. Not allowed to invite friends without host’s permission. ●No loud noises, loud singing, odors or bad behavior towards others. ●We are not responsible for your lost or stolen valuables. ●You are not allowed to enter private room. ●Please do not talk on the phone at the room balcony in the midnight. ●We will come into your room sometimes to vacuum while you go out.
