1. Cleanliness: Keep your living area and common spaces clean and organized. 2. Noise Levels: Be mindful, especially during quiet hours, and avoid playing loud music. Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours, typically after 9 PM till 8 AM 3. Resource Consumption: Conserve water and electricity, and avoid wasting resources. 4. No Illegal Activities: Avoid any illegal activities or actions that violate homestay rules. 5. Respect Boundaries: Be mindful of personal boundaries when interacting with hosts. 6. Security: Keep the main entrance door to homestay secure by locking it. The doors and windows to be closed when leaving. The Homestay Main gate is locked from 11.00 pm till 6.30 am next morning. Please inform the host in case you intend to come late or stay outside some particular day. 7. No External Visitors (Seek permission from the host in special cases) 8. Videography, filming or taking photos of the house, apartment, people living in the house and neighbors not permitted. 9. Garbage Disposal: Use designated garbage containers for proper disposal. Please do not throw trash from terrace to the ground or neighbors space. 10. Washing laundry not permitted in the attached bathrooms. If you need laundry services, we will be happy to arrange with a 24-48 hours turnaround time at a supplement cost. 11. Please switch off all electric appliances such as AC, Fan, lights, etc. if you step out of the guest house. This will conserve energy and help us to sustain environment. 12. Respect Local Laws: Adhere to local laws and regulations. 13. Check-In/Out Times: Check-in time 14:00 and Check-out time 11:00 14.
