The apartment is on the second floor of a small building of 5 apartments. My apartment has two bedrooms, a study, a living-dining room, kitchen, nice terrace with plants.
Keep the house clean and free of smoke. Use the kitchen without problem, while then let it clean. Nothing like having pets by building rules, but I like a lot.
