i have 1 twin room available for Homestay guests with and Desk and Lamp. I enjoy nature and reading but open to meeting guests from all corners of the world. Pat He speaks English and enjoys sports Deirdre and enjoys cooking, music, gigs, , reading, and nature. She speaks English i can do a dinner for guests when required , bus stop 207 bus is 2 minutes from the house it is quite area we have quite a few shops in shopping centre in the village with shops and restaurants ,cafes , and bars,,. city centre is about 15 / 20 minutes on the 207 bus the airport is about 10 minutes away from the house
Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Please just a polite hello when returning to the home and good by or see you later when leaving to go out. Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you Please keep rooms tidy use the bins Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! Please wash your hands regularly and on arrival and on entering the house , there will be sanitizer in the rooms thank you . The room rate 29 euro per person ,per night includes the following services: regular room cleaning, , washing machine usage, and internet access ,,please shower short few minutes Payment in full on arrival Additional available services at an extra charge (payable directly to your host on arrival): Pick up service: 5.00 EUR
