Our home is almost at the ocean, in the small village of Stokkseyri at the south coast of Iceland. It is a perfect place to stay to explore south Iceland. In may 2017 we set up a new kitchen and a second bathroom with a walk-in shower for our guests, this is in the next building. You can use the terrace and the garden. You share the living room with the family. We have a hot pot that can be used by the guests from 18.00 -22.00 o'clock at night. Breakfast for extra price.For a small extra charge you can wash your laundry. We wellcome you!

Please take your shoes off in the entrance. After 10 oclock pm we ask you to be quiet. No smoking in the house, but you are welcome to smoke outside. No pets allowed. The guests kitchen must be cleaned by the user We do your lawndry for a little extra charge Cancelation policy. The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 70% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
