No smoking, no alcohol, no recreational drugs, no hair dying, no overnight guests, no parties. No food in room. Water ok. Small refrig available on second floor. Condition of room must remain the way you received it. Linens washed once a week. washer/dryer availabke $5 per load. If your plans change regarding returning to my home, I would appreciate notice, for your safety. This is optional! Quiet 9pm to 7am
