Tastefully furnished home, in a complex with all amenities (except a sauna & jacuzzi). There is a pool; weight room; basketball, tennis & pickleball courts; dog park; fields/parklike setting. I didn’t check the swimming pool or the gym box, since it’s not on my premises, but we have access to it.
