We live in a 3 bedroom 2 story detached home , me and my husband and a 23 years old son an engineer, we have a fully furnished basement for students 1 bedroom.

No smoking at all, alcohol occasionally, no sleeping visitors can have visitors not that will stay late, we do laundry every weekend only once a week, maintain cleanliness.
