1. Smoking, vaping allowed in patio/garden only. 2. Do not leave rubbish lying around any of the shared areas and leave room clean and tidy before checking out. 3. Only guests that are declared on the booking are permitted on the premises (max 2 including the guest who made the booking). 4. If you wish to use the fire pit and bbq, you have to provide your own charcoal and firewood. 5. Disposable bbqs can be used on patio but not the garden. 6. Please wash plates, cups and cutlery after use and leave on drying rack. 7. Please close doors and cupboard doors quietly, so as not to annoy the neighbours.
