I live alone and love the company, if you are up for it :). I am out a lot of the time, but very happy to chat and help you find your way around in the neighbourhood. This lovely garden room has just been redecorated and is unique with a style of its own.The flat is very clean, beautiful and feels spacious and has a nice garden, which is shared with my neighbours, who are very friendly and helpful. It is in a quiet road 12 minutes walk from Seven Sisters tube station, within easy reach from Tottenham Hale and Stansted. The area is very multicultural, with shops and two lovely parks just round the corner. You are welcome to use the open plan kitchen/lounge and garden and my exercise equipment.

1. Room-fee must be paid in advance and must have cleared in my account 3 days before arrival and by day of arrival at latest UNLESS we have reached an alternative agreement 2. No smoking in house - you can smoke in the garden 3. No shoes to be worn in house - slippers provided 4. Leave common parts ( kitchen/living area) clean and tidy e.g. do the washing up and put items away. I care about my place very much and hope you do too :) 5. Dry up any water spillages around the sink and the floor in the bathroom. Put the fan on when showering and open the window afterwards 6. Please be mindful of house security and lock the door to the garden at night (you will have your own key), and close doors and windows before leaving the house. Please also switch off the heating in the room when you are out 7. At night please switch of all the lights in the communal areas 8. If staying over 10 days make a fair and reasonable contribution to shared items eg toilet rolls, washing up liquid etc. 9. Any loss and/or damage caused by guests must be paid for 10. I will provide fresh bed linen and towels 11. Guests staying over 10 days will also have to change their beds themselves and clean their rooms when necessary. PS: Any guest not being fair and reasonable will be asked to leave and will be refunded having deducted the nightly cost of the room for the number of nights they have stayed here ( eg if they have stayed 10 nights, £400 will be deducted from the price paid regardless of whether they paid for 10 nights or 30 nights at a reduced nightly rate)
