The home has a large open plan kitchen and dining area, two lounge areas, two bathrooms, a pool and veggie garden. I am situated in Goonellabah close to several shops, lovely parks and community facilities. It is a great place to live and a great base to explore what northern NSW has to offer.

The house and grounds are an alcohol, drug and smoke free space, none allowed on the property. Please finish using kitchen by 9pm at night Please take evening showers by 9pm at night to minimise noise
