No smoking Not suitable for pets No parties or events Check in is anytime after 4PM If you require daily cleaning of toilet and house, please pay the help who can come daily to do the same. Other things to note Kitchen: For your convenience, a kitchen space is available along with an induction oven. This is NOT a full-fledged kitchen with gas and full amenities. We have some basic utensils to help you out. There is also a microwave available to heat up quick eats and water for tea. There is an Indian Overseas Bank ATM located on the ground floor for your convenience. Security: There is a security guard available at the main gate of the building. The building’s gate closes by 11 PM every night for security of the residents. So in the rare circumstance that you are delayed beyond that, please let the Host know so that we can inform the guard and make special arrangements.
