My family and I live in a quiet suburban area, less than 10 minute walk on the same train line as the airport and about 30 minutes from the city. We are also within walking distance to shops, cafes and bus stops. Your room is furnished with a queen bed, storage options, ensuite and kitchenette available. We're a laid-back family and happy to help whenever you have questions. Light breakfast included.

1. No smoking 2. Must like pets - we have 2 cats 3. Laundry facilities can be used once a week (external to the studio) 4. No visitors please 5. Our neighbours are mainly young families, please be mindful of the noise level. No excessive loud noises after 10pm.
