The apartment is situated in a trendy neighborhood in Amsterdam with a lot cafes, restaurants and shops. It's also very close to the city centre. Your room is spaciuos -18 qm and has a comfortable dubbel bed, desk, wardrobe and the balcony, where you can enjoy your coffee or breakfast. You will have access to fully equipped kitchen (espresso machine, dishwasher, blender, oven) and a big dining/ living space (shared with me). The (shared) bathroom has a bathtub and shower, There is also a separate toilet. Easy access from the airport (30 minutes by train) and from the central station (5 minutes by train). The apartment is 3-5 minutes walk from the train station.

Check-in after 3 pm, Check-out at 12 am Flexible check-in/ check out is possible when arranged in advance. For the bookings on the same day, let me know your wished check in time in your request. I will ask my guest to show ID on arrival. Payment in cash on arrival or bank transfer in advance. Smoking is not allowed. SMOKING WEED is also not allowed on the balcony, because the smoke is going inside to all apartments around me. Please keep in mind that I have neighbours. It's not a right place, if you'd like to make parties and noise.
