This is a beautiful studio-loft. Everything you see in the photos is your own personal Studio-loft, and you have your own balcony. You do not share any area. Your keys are delivered to you and you have your own entrance. The studio has a full kitchen equipped with breakfast bar, full bathroom, twin bed, and additional sofa, two closets, Smart screen, High speed fiber optic WiFi and cable TV service. If you bring a car, you have your own parking lot at the door of your studio. There is a deep cleaning service if you need it (cost: 150.- pesos per day). At home we love pets, and we have dogs but they do not have access to your studio :) Providencia is a neighborhood that over the years has increased its value and its beauty and has become the favorite of travelers from all over the world. ... It is 5 minutes by car and 20 walking from Institute of Biological Sciences (ICB). Many students stay here while studying. Lots of working people stay here too. You can walk to all kinds of shops and services; Money exchange, hospital, supermarket, parks, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, gym, etc ... You will love living here, and I will be happy to host you :).

Clean the kitchen and wash dishes daily, keep everything neat and collected. We have a deep cleaning service if you need it. 150.- pesos per day. The rest of the days you should clean everything, and keep your kitchen, stove and dishes clean. No drugs of any kind are allowed, you can receive friends during the day, and also you can invite a friend to sleep ("Essential to ask me first") and he will pay the additional guest rate (150 pesos per night). You will have your keys so you can come or go at any time you like without problem. You are totally independent from the rest of the house and family. Absolute privacy.
