The community’ centre and new library is located just down the the hill. Starbucks and bus a few blocks away. Laundry available. Quiet and clean living environment. Small dog at home- very friendly. Close to bus with beautiful view of downtown and natural woods and trails nearby. Affordable eats close and Safeway and McDonald’s 2 blocks. Safe and quiet neighborhood. I Can drive occasionally to the airport or location if willing to pay. I have hosted students from all over the world. I am clean and friendly but not a perfectionist. Tv, internet available

No parties but your welcome to go out and do as you please. No visitor unless quick visit with friend to study go out, no sleepovers. no smoking or vaping on property clean dishes and area up after use quiet after 1100pm and before 6 am no unregistered overnight guests respect neighbours and park in front of homestay address if a car is involved maximum 2 persons per room/ (bathroom shared by other tenant only (not home owners) Upon arrival pay a $50.00 damage deposit which is refundable upon check out if their room is cleaned and sheets washed.
