We are a household of three females of three generations and we have two cats. The room we have available is the whole basement with a fireplace but we would need two days a week access to the laundry facility. There is no separate entrance, it is shared. We’re asking $900 with everything included… we are at St. John’s and Yonge Street In Newmarket which is a one minute walk to Yonge Street with many stores and buses. The room is beautifully furnished with a bedroom set.
