We are a family of 5, but our 2 children have left home, so we have a spare room. We are happy to rent out the spare room to you. Neither my husband nor I can speak English, but our son who lives with us can speak English, so he can help us if necessary. It is close to Universal Studios Japan and the Osaka Expo site that will begin in 2025. The nearest station is a 15-minute walk from our house. If you need a bicycle, we can lend you one, although it is old (please contact us). The nearest station is 4 stops from Osaka Station. It takes 12 minutes by direct train. If you need a transfer, it takes 15 to 20 minutes. There is a bus stop near our house. If you don't want to walk, you can take a bus to Osaka Station. There are two public hot springs and convenience stores nearby. Please provide the accommodation fee and a copy of your passport when we hand over the house key. Meals are generally not provided to prevent food poisoning. If you would like to have meals, please ask us for your preferred time and we will accommodate you at that time. Meals will be charged separately. You are free to use the kitchen, but please put it back after use so that others can use it. Shampoo and conditioner are provided in the bathroom. Towels and bath towels are also provided, but please wash them responsibly and put them back after use. You can also use the washing machine, but dry cleaning is not available. Japan requires separation of garbage. If you eat drinks, lunch boxes, etc. at home, please be able to cooperate with the separation of garbage. We have guests who stay at our house for various purposes. We would like to accommodate your requests as much as possible. During your stay, please refrain from disturbing other guests, such as late-night chatter and noise. If you wish to talk to us, it will be in Japanese. We will use a translator for other conversations. P.S. Please note that we are not always at home, so we may not be able to help you. If you have any questions, please contact us before booking.
The following rules apply Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and apartments. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially late at night. Do not invite or allow strangers to stay in your home. No shoes are allowed. Please remove your shoes at the entrance.
It is available for couples but the beds are small. Two can stay if you don't mind it.
